Q: I need to update my listing, how do I do it?

A: When contacting us about updating your listing, please be as specific as possible and keep the following in mind:

  • You must provide us with the URL you need updated
  • You must clearly identify what content you need updated
    • Flea Market Directory Listing
    • Estate Sale Directory Listing
    • Consignment Shop Directory Listing
    • Pawn Shop Directory Listing
    • A sale event you posted
  • If you are inquiring about updating a listing for a business you manage that is listed in one of the above mentioned directories, keep in mind some of these reqire paid memberships to be listed. We will not update listings without a paid membership for the specific directory you are referencing.

Q: Can I add HTML or tags or URL's to my posting?

A: Yes

Q: How can I edit, manage and update my listing(s)?

A: Log in with your username and password you created. Your profile page will display a list of items you have posted including your sale events. To edit/delete an item or sale event, simply click on the item or sale heading then click the "Edit" link above that item to manage your content. 

Q: I listed an item for sale and do not see it posted on the site, what did I do wrong?

A1: Postings can take up to 10 minutes to be visible. You can refresh your browser and you should see your item(s) posted. If you uploaded an item without an photo, your item will not be displayed on our site. Sorry, virtual garage sales don't work well when prospective buyers don't have a photo to see!

A2: You posted an item or event that violates our terms of service. Please reference our Prohibited Items page when posting.

Q: I have a ton of stuff to sell. Can I make multiple sales of any type?

A: Yes, you can post your sale event in any of the drop down categories provided. We encourage you to post your sale in the category that you think suits your sale best. Be sure you fill out as many details as possible in the listing form, this makes it easier for users to find your sale event.

Q: What if I'm not sure about a certain item being prohibited on your site and it's not listed on the prohibited items list?

A: Before you list anything for sale on our site, check out our Prohibited Items Page and if you're still not sure about an item, please email us, customerservice@tagsellit.com and describe the item(s) you wish to sell. Our Customer Service Team will respond as soon as possible.

Q: Shipping: What if someone asks me to ship an item to them or I need an item to be shipped to me?

A: Tag Sell It Inc. does not moderate or intermediate shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to negotiate and agree to shipping terms for items they wish to buy or sell found on the site. Q: I have not received the email for receipt of my posting, what should I do?

A: You should receive your confirmation immediately after you post your sale. Be sure to check your "junk/spam" box, the email may have mistakenly landed there. If not, please contact us at customerservice@tagsellit.com.

Q: How do I remove my individual and deactivate my account from your community?

A: Please contact us directly as we prefer to understand why you wish to be removed from our site, Remove My Account

Q: I would like to edit the description and/or content in my professional services listing in your directory, how can I do this?

A: Please email us at customerservice@tagsellit.com with all changes you would like made to your directory listing page. Please be specific so we can best serve you. Once the edits have been made on our end, someone from our team will reply to follow up with you and confirm the changes are accurate and complete.

Q: My business closed and I no longer want my listing to appear in the services directory, can I have this removed?

A: Yes, please email us customerservice@tagsellit.com and provide the link to where your business can be found in the services directory on our site. 

Q: I want to list my Flea Market in your Directory so it's permanent, how can I do that?
