Q: I entered my email to receive my username and password, how long does it take to generate this info for me?
A: Passwords are generated and emailed to you immediately and you can begin designing your sale today!
 
Q: Why do I need to register to make an offer for someone’s item?
A: We ask that you register as we facilitate the initial communication anonymously. Sellers have the choice to acknowledge the prospective buyer’s email. This also reduces scams and junk mail.
 
Q: Can I add HTML or tags or URL’s to my posting?
A: Yes
 
Q: How can I edit my posting?
A: Log in with your username and password you created, then click my sales. Use the box on the left to guide you in editing your sale.

Q: I have a ton of stuff to sell. Can I make multiple sales of any type?
A: Yes, you can post your sale in the tag sales, estate sales and moving sales sections. We encourage you to post your sale in the category that you think suits your sale best. Of course, when viewers click on “All Sales” your sale will automatically come up whether it’s a moving sale or tag sale. Sales will be posted chronologically starting with the most recent post.
 
Q: What if I’m not sure about a certain item being prohibited on your site and it’s not listed on the prohibited items list?
A: If you’re not sure about an item, please email us at info@tagsellit.com and describe the item you wish to sell. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
 
Q: I have not received the email for receipt of my posting, what should I do?
A: You should receive your confirmation immediately after you pay and post. If not, be sure to check your “bulk” or “junk” box, the email may have mistakenly landed there. If not, please contact us at help@tagsellit.com.
 
Q: How do I remove myself and deactivate my account from your community?
A: Please follow the instructions to remove your account from the site:

  • Log into Tagsellit.com using your username and password
  • Click on the "Community Tab" at the top of the webpage
  • Your username will now appear at the top of the webpage, "hi Username123"
  • Please click the "more" drop down link select "Account"
  • At the bottom of the screen, click the link for "Deactivate Your FLUX Account"
  • On this page, click the "Deactivate Account" button
    You have now successfully removed yourself from the Flux Community and the Tagsellit.com Website and Community.
